The location is superb, just steps from KL Sentral, making transport easy. the air conditioning was not cooling properly.

Room is spacious, clean, and very comfy for a couple days chillin'. Staff were super friendly, chommie helped me print docs urgent-like. And, ja, the location’s just a hop to KL Sentral, so easy to get around!

Only issue was the shower, man, hot water didn't wanna play nice all the time. If only it could sort itself out!

The Nu offers a clean and spacious room with essential amenities like fresh bedding and coffee/tea provisions. The location is superb, adjacent to KL Sentral and the NU Sentral Mall, providing convenient access to various dining spots and other facilities like self-service laundry. The check-in process was efficient and quick, making the start of my stay hassle-free.

The location is a significant advantage, right next to the main transport hub and surrounded by numerous eateries. the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. the room was not properly cleaned, with debris on the floor and stained sheets. The bathroom also presented issues with clogs. While there are good food options available nearby, the unsatisfactory room conditions overshadowed the positives.

Clean, Convenient, and Right Next to Everything!

I had a pleasant stay with a spacious, clean room that had all the essentials for a short trip. The location is phenomenal since you can easily access KL Sentral and numerous eateries without getting wet, even on a rainy day. One downside was the air conditioning unit leaking, and I also wish there were better TV channel options available. I'd definitely consider this place again for my next visit!

NU Hotel offers a refreshin blend of style, comfort, and convenience in the heart of KL Sentral. The location is super strategic, wit tons of food options and shops like grocery stores just around the corner. The staff is really responsive and friendly too. I loved the comfy beds, perfect for relaxin after a long day. Plus, they have clean premises, which is a must!
